This two-hour workshop is specifically for students with little to no yoga experience, who would like to gain confidence to step into the group class environment. In these two hours, Megh will teach you the foundational poses and skills to feel confident and prepared to participate in group classes, and you will learn with others who are also new/newer to yoga.
