9:30am-10am — Meditation with Helene
10am-11:15am — Energizing Flow with Laurie
11:15am-12pm — Gratitude Meditation and Journal
12pm-1pm — Lunch from Green District
1pm-2pm — Reiki and Meditation Session/ Tarot Reading and Gratitude Journaling
2pm-3pm — Slow Flow with Helene
3pm-3:30pm — Snacktime
3:30pm-4:30pm — Restorative Yoga with Laurie
4:30pm-5pm — Reflection and Journaling with mocktail or tea
Descriptions
Breakfast/Intention Setting
Connect with other participants while setting intentions to get the most out of your wellness retreat. Fuel up with a gluten free and vegan coconut yogurt bowl + coffee or tea while learning how to create meaningful intentions for your day, week and year.
Meditation
Enjoy a calming morning meditation with Helene who will guide you through the process of connecting your mind, body and breath. Experience an accessible technique you can practice on your own after the retreat.
Energizing Flow
Build strength and work up a sweat in a flow designed for all levels of fitness and experience. Laurie will lead you through a challenging and accessible practice to help you feel physically and mentally stronger.
Gratitude Meditation and Journal
Set up a daily gratitude practice rooted in self-love with Helene. You’ll learn how to incorporate mantras that increase body positivity and mental well-being. Establish a gratitude journaling practice that you can bring into your day to day after the retreat.
Lunch from Green District
Enjoy a healthy and hearty salad or wrap from Green District. Vegetarian, Vegan, and Gluten Free options will be available (customizable to any dietary needs). Enjoy time connecting with the other wellness minded participants and having time for Q and A with Laurie and Helene.
Reiki and Meditation Session
Experience the Japanese form of energy healing through light hands on touch with Reiki Healer Helene. Reiki helps to clear mental, physical and emotional blockages and shift your energy to achieve your wellness goals.
Tarot Card Reading and Gratitude Journaling
Have your cards read with Laurie to help gain clarity on your life, goals and future. Unwind with an opportunity to work on your gratitude journal.
Slow Flow
Deepen your understanding of the mind/body connection while experiencing both a calming and strengthening yoga flow with Helene.
Snacktime
Enjoy a nourishing snack in between practices and bond with other retreat participants!
Restorative Yoga
Experience a deeply restorative and relaxing yoga practice that will recharge you both mentally and physically. This practice will help you release stress being held in the body and reset your nervous system. Laurie will lead this practice.
Reflection and Journaling
Sip a refreshing mocktail while reflecting on the day. Discuss your wellness goals and next steps while having an opportunity for Q and A with Helene and Laurie.

About Helene and Laurie
Laurie LeCompte is the owner and founder of Yoga Baum who empowers her students through movement and stillness. As an RYT 500 and Tarot Reader she will lead you through connecting your mind and body to achieve your wellness goals both during and after the retreat.
Helene Kusman is a yoga teacher and Reiki healer who helps her students experience both physical and mental self-care. She will guide you through meditation, journaling and slow flow, as well as share Reiki healing energy to help you feel calmer and more energized during and after the retreat.
