In this workshop, trainees will learn how to ethically, safely, and effectively offer hands-on assists. Other types of assisting, such as visual and verbal cueing will also be addressed, but the main focus will be physical assisting. Trainees will learn how to offer meaningful assists that develop students’ practices. Adjustments for standing postures, seated postures, backbends, restorative poses, and other types of poses will be explored.
This workshop is perfect for teachers wanting to develop skills to teach private clients.

This workshop is for students and teachers who are seeking to deepen their knowledge and practice. This workshop can be used as continuing education, and also counts towards Yoga Baum’s 300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training.
