This non-refundable deposit reserves your spot in the 2025 Explore & Restore Montana Retreat and will be applied towards the total cost of the retreat. At checkout, you will choose your preferred accommodation. Once you place your deposit in your cart, a form will pop up, and you will be asked to specify if you are making a reservation for single or double occupancy and to list a roommate preference when applicable. Once you’ve made your reservation, we will contact you to schedule the remainder of your payments.

***PLEASE NOTE that if you are sharing a king or queen bed, only have ONE participant reserve through the site, and include the other participant’s name and email under “roommate preference.” We will reach out to that person directly and send an invoice for their deposit.
