Maintaining your yoga practice while traveling can sound unrealistic and inaccessible. When you’re used to attending classes at a studio, it’s hard to imagine sun salutations in a tiny hotel room or without so much as a mat. But often travel is the time we need our yoga practice the most. From stiffness after a long car ride or flight to the stress that may come with your trip, movement and breathwork is usually just what you need.
