This 4-week series is ideal for babies to attend who are not mobile! This series will have a focus on bigger movement with the body and the baby. This is a playful class and ideal for babies ages 3-6 months. We will build onto our core and upper body repair along with learning ways to support our bodies using yoga as the baby grows!

About Jackie:

Jackie Priest is a Louisville native and birth doula who has attended hundreds of births over the last 20 years. Jackie is trained in various modalities of yoga and brings her doula experience and yoga knowledge into her robust offerings in studios, workshops, and retreats. Jackie teaches a weekly Prenatal Yoga Class at Yoga Baum, Sundays 12-1pm.
